WORKSHOPS
Dr. Daniel Peterson has been a workshop
organizer at the annual
Plant & Animal Genome (PAG) Conference since 2004. He
started as co-organizer of the Reduced Representation Sequencing
Workshop (RRSW) with Andrew H. Paterson (U. of GA) and eventually became
sole RRSW organizer. In 2008, with the approval of the PAG Organizing Committee,
Peterson changed the name of the
RRSW to the Evolution of
Genome Size Workshop (EGSW). Peterson will reprise his role as EGSW organizer at PAG XVII in 2009.
