Scripts and programs generated as part of our research will be made accessible through this page.

Scripts associated with our "Shotgun Sequence Analysis Pipeline" (SSAP) and Cot analysis (Cot Plot) program will be made available from this site in coming weeks.  The SSAP scripts will be placed here once the manuscript describing this pipeline is accepted for publication.  The Cot Plot program will be made available after some minor "bugs" have been fixed (expected Aug 2006 release date).
