(1) See the DNA Sequencing page for more information on how sequences were generated.

(2) Users of the sequence below are expected to understand and abide by the NIH/DOE/NSF sequence sharing policies (see http://www.genome.gov/10506537).

(3) Downloadable sequence files have been given names using the MGEL naming convention (click here for details).  Individual sequences within a downloadable file are assigned names by the 454 or ABI 3730xl software.

(4) For ABI 3730xl generated sequences, trace, quality, and sequence (FASTA) files are available for download.  For sequences generated using a 454 Genome Sequencer 20, sequence (FASTA) and quality files are available. 

(5) NOTE: THE FIRST TIME YOU DOWNLOAD SEQUENCES FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER.  TO DO THIS, CLICK ON THE "REGISTER" BUTTON BELOW AND COMPLETE THE EXTREMELY SHORT POP-UP FORM.
